The staff was very friendly, and we got a free upgrade. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious, and there's a mini zoo and outdoor activities. The kids were delighted. The hotel is very kid-friendly. It's also perfect for a vacation or staycation.

Stay for one night. Very strategic location, near Artha Gading Mall, just about 500m away from the Mall of Indonesia. Rooms are clean, hot water installed, mineral water, the staff are friendly, it was so much fun.

I planned to stay for 3 days... but I felt so at home... so I stayed for 6 days.... The hotel is a bit old but it is very comfortable, especially with the friendly and very family friendly hotel staff...... I really like it... I plan to stay again if I visit Jakarta....
