Apartment in Tangerang City Center

It's fine. we only stayed for a night so, its not a big deal. But the bathroom was old and dirty.

Breakfast served in room, it was awesome though.

good location. and near to Lawson's or alfamart and indomart. only have 2 elevator... and verry slowly. must has time to waiting. for room has an old furniture. and for towel its not white anymore. im booking 3 rooms... and 1 room has a water dispenser.. so save money for water😁

We got fairly affordable price, the room is not spacy enough. And most disappointing is breakfast availability, we got in to the restaurant about 08.00 AM, but most of the menu already gone, and the hotel didn't refill it. We only can have some remaining menu, we can't try pasta, we can't try salad, Nasi goreng just a little bit. So the food management for customers I think didn't manage properly.

Good hotel, strategic location in the heart of Tangerang city, food is quite varied, rooms and toilets are clean, However, unfortunately it's not very soundproof, our room on the 9th floor, the echo of loud music still comes from 2 floors on the above

Except the soundproof room (I suggest not to choose the room facing the main road), the rest just so super during my stay. Thanks Novotel!

offer all is good for this price. but the bed sheets little dirty. But all good it's nice for 1 days rest from work.
