The staff was very friendly and accommodating

This hotel is only suitable for smokers. Not suitable for those who bring small children. Because the smell of cigarettes sticks to the blanket, pillowcase, so it is uncomfortable for people with respiratory tract, let alone allergies. I have informed the staff to ask for another room but the staff's information is the same, all are non-smoking.

I extended this room until May, 28. The room is clean, the breakfast is so good, and near from the office. Recommended for business.

Already stayed here many times. Really good for solo traveler. All clean and comfortable.

I have my staycation at Thongs Inn for 3 nights. the circumstances was so nature, a lot of bonsai and flower for me to practice my macro shoot 😃 At saturday night there was live music which we can singin and dancing. But I really love the atmosphere ,it so calm , good for having relax,healing and refreshing. Thongs Inn also have swimming pool n bar ,the place good for having chit chat with friends or family. I also try the steamboat for dinner, for me its too much till can't finished all the good,sorry for this. And one of the beautiful aunty give us free shrimp ball also. The taste is good no MSG.

Nice budget hotel to stay in Medan area, especially in Cemara Asri area for food experience.

Enjoyed the friendly staff and the ease of getting to an early morning flight. Many dining options just downstairs in the airport.
