My first time staying in Simpang Lima Residence which was pretty good. Located nearby Simpang Lima junction, so you don't need to be worried when you're craving for some food. The staffs were friendly. Checkin and checkout time were quick. It's worth for the price too. They had a cool coffee, but I didn't try food and beverages yet. Maybe next time.

The lobby area is new, but the floor corridor & rooms are quite old. The bedroom & bathroom needs cleaning thoroughly, the rooms are dusty.

I came at 11 PM and the hotel said there was none my reservation!! they will allocate me to another hotel at first, but I was insisted and finally they gav.e me the room. super bad experience!
