We had a wonderful stay at Vortex. The reception staff were very helpful, and despite arriving late at night due to a delayed bus from JB, we were kindly accommodated with an early morning check-in much appreciated! I traveled with my big family and booked three units with 2 BR for nine people. The apartments were excellent, the rooms were so big and each units equipped with great facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, water drinking, and kitchen essentials etc. The location was also fantastic just a short walk to the Twin Towers and conveniently close to many places. For fans of nasi kandar, Pelita is nearby and walkable. Overall, our experience at Vortex was delightful, and I highly recommend.

Very recommended—location is very strategic just a few steps behind Sephora Bukit Bintang. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Host is very helpful and kind. They are connected to Sleeping Lion building and there is a smoking area nearby or on the top floor. Perfect stay and definitely will come back again!

Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.

The location is perfect, right next to the LRT station. The room is on the top floor, so you can get a city view. The room is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. As described, there is a cooler, wash & dry machine, steam iron, complete amenities, cutlery, towels, etc. Service is just a WhatsApp message away, no foreign tax, no deposit. When I checked in, the hotel staff was very helpful. I requested a clean room on the upper floors, and the staff readily agreed. While many reviews on other platforms were negative, thankfully my family and I found a clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Although my room didn't include breakfast, there's a 24-hour cafeteria in the lobby. The food was delicious, perfect for Indonesian tastes. The staff were also friendly. The most memorable part was when I wanted to check out at 8 a.m. and informed the receptionist, who immediately informed me that my deposit could be collected. I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Malaysia. Thank you 💓
