best to stay here again.staff were very friendly.room and pool also bestt

we booked the room with 2 queen beds that should house 4 persons, and yet are given only 2 towels. extra towels will be charged. there is no floor mat/towel to wipe our feet as we exit from the bathroom causing the floor outside the toilet to be wet and slippery. the toilet is smelly with water pooling even before we use the toilet. Room amenities are poor. Cups & saucers are dirty and of low quality. Would not recommend unless have too stay & no others hotels or resorts are available. So disappointed.

- location is okay: around 25 minutes to town. - have a small pool for kid and bbq area, but we didn't try. - Ayu is helpful in providing the info before our stay.

Booked 10 days before arrival with full payment. End up with no available rooms! A very bad service. We come from far, hoping to rest upon arrival. How is the place is managed? You prioritise walk-in customer rather than fully paid, online customer?
