Apartment in Inanam

Noisy around and dirty. Package with dust. Aircon not good, need to service because it's too hot. Water in the bathroom has slow pressure. Not happy to take a shower. Reception not competent employee. An old woman without a computer desktop. I already have a booking ID from app, but I have to wait 3 to 4 hours. For family, not recommend. For 1 person just for sleep, lonely, it's reasonable because the price is cheap.

The staff was OK. The service are good.

My sister had her wedding dinner on 24th Nov there on Ibis rooftoop. My son left his jacket after the party. But in the morning I asked for the jacket. The staff quickly act to find the jacket and it was still there. The staff kept it. Thank you to the staff in charge at the rooftop.

It's ok clean service ok and location ok

overall, the room is very big and clean. But, the customer service should be improved.

No fridge and no soundproof. We had water sound and some other noises all night long. We booked 3 nights but left the hotel within 16 hours without getting refunds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come here again. 👍🏻 10/10 recommended.
