Apartment in Ipoh

Everything good. Stayed here for 3nights. Staff very friendly, polite, always smile with eye contact. Room was good also. Air-condition cold. Big window. Water pressure is good. And the bed is comfortable. They provide 4 pillow some more. Room no dust, very clean. Just don't have shield parking, very hot. Definitely back Ipoh will stay here again. Thank you all the staff and hk, very appreciated your service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. I had a very comfortable stay here for 2 nights. I love the spacious room and comfy bed, plus ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Throughout my stay, the staff were very accommodating and able to fulfil my request promptly. The breakfast buffet was tasty with plenty of menu varieties. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel in the future if they are able to keep this standard of service.

Great location! The front desk staff were really patient when helping me change rooms, and housekeeping acted fast when I needed extra toiletries. Really appreciated their good service 👍
