Good : Guest Service Assidtant will make your wishes come true Sunset Grill, Ufaa and Mandhoo good food Facilities are nice and water sports equipments well maintained multicultural staff and well compensated too (accdg to my interviews) beautiful spa places (over the water and retreat) -newly renovated beachfront -beautiful infinity pools and quiet zones Bad: - waves can wake you up midnight for water villa (asked to be downgraded to beachfront) - breakfast buffet at atoll is very very poor( esp SE asian cuisine) - oil used in massage is just VCO, no essential used for 240 usd massage - buggy is limited - have to pay for drinking water (12 evian or 15usd foe voss) in restaurants, i wonder how they dispose the glass bottles after use? - coffee cup in water villa room not washed well, after i washed it, stain is gone. - had a bad experience with 1 waiter, but the rest are super nice

I am happy with all the staff who have served us like kings and queens, I am very happy to have chosen this place as a place for honeymoon, all facilities are very complete and comfortable. the food is complete and tasty. Especially for mr. Deden Permana, mr. Atish, ms. Vanny and mr. Qamarul who have served us like family. all the staff at this place is very friendly if need the classification resort to enter the 7 star. My wife and I will miss with this romantic place. In syaa Allah I can come back again in this place with my family, friends or travel guests.
