Downside, dog owners don't pick up after their dogs. So watch your step!

When I first got into the room, it was so different from the pictures on its website. I felt that was not uncomfortable for me.

The room is very dirty most of all, the bathroom. It smells. It was like they don't have cleaning team at all. Worst experience.

Maraming ipis. Should provide free water also.

Hotel is not transparent on accommodation arrangement. There was no toilet and shower room, it was a common facility for everyone. Address of hotel difficult to find! It took almost 2 hours to have the booking registered in the system and the hotel did not let me in for 30 minutes! What a great disappointment!

It was very affordable and convenient as well. Highly recommended!

There something not good in the room that must stop.

We noted that we will be checking in late and it ' s very unfortunate that we arrived at around 2am, but it was stated in the accommodation description that they are available 24/7 from check in to check out. The rooms were already paid and we expected that it ' s already prepared for us, sadly it wasn't. They gave us an option to upgrade to family room (with additional cost) because that ' s the only one available. I've said my sentiments but they stressed out that they are not"hotel"to accommodate us at 2 am which is very contrary to their description of"24/7". They even told me to check in at 12noon then we can get what we want. Very unprofessional, but we had no choice. However, two other staffs were very courteous and kind. These are my concerns as a guest.-Deborah Diaz.
