My room was not cleaned and when I first arrived no one helped me lift my things.

Nice hotel and comfort … very clean.

The room is very spacious. Location is great near the central station and very close to capitol hill. There is drinking and free flow coffee station in every floor. Really enjoy our stay here.

It was great. The room big enough for my family.

Great location! Very near to the White House and the National Mall.

I have encountered with deposit settlements with my credit card in reception desk, when I am checking in, however My room has been pre paid for 2 nights. I knew that the regulation and policy should not granted unless the deposit has settled. Some how it was nearly 9 pm and I was traveling with my family and want to take a rest quickly. My disappointment actually not the policy but the way the receptionist (name Mia) how she handle to the guest not really shows the hospitality manner, As company worldwide Hyatt very popular to the hyatt touch, really unexpected that kind of attitude. other than that the hotel property and the service was awesome during my stay.

It's near to Supermarket, Restaurants, Laundry, Subway station, UPS and University. Front office is friendly, Coffee in the Lobby 24 hours, hairdryer and iron is helpful, they also give me tooth paste for free, room is comfort.
