The check-in/out time is quite unreasonable. Check in: 03:00 PM / Check out: 11:00 AM.

Nice hotel but not so 5 star. They don't even provide plates. They try to be helpful but not much of a help 😂.

I was expecting more from a US branded hotel not all the amenity 's where open they need to place on the website what restaurants are open when we arrived only one of the 3 restaurants where open.
