Homestay in Patong

The hotel was very comfort, their service was excellent, location very strategic, very close to beach, mall, night market, all of them could be reached just by walked

opened window of room first morning there. The glass fell out and smashed below due to rollers on window seized. Not only did the not repair the window for the remaining three day leaving an open room, but they did not return my 2,000 baht key deposit. The window had no sign saying do not open to warn it was unservicable, but the low open hole was a huge fall risk from that height. No empathy, duty of care, due diligence, nor ethics.

Great services, great place to stay!

The room was perfect. Nice view with very good privacy for us. The only thing that bad with our room is the air conditioner is not functioning very well. At one point the room was so steamy and foggy because of the air conditioner. The bathroom sink was faulty as well. The make up my room was not functioning. I pressed the sign but apparently the sign is not functioning, so the housekeeper end up didn't clean our room. It was so upsetting because we went out the whole day and expecting the room will be clean when we came back but the housekeeper didn't clean the room. So we had to call the receptionist to inform the housekeeper to clean our room. But overall, it was not a bad stay. Really give the credit to the beautiful and privacy room.
