Very poor service, doesn't care about customers There is no professionalism at all. It 's not cheap or expensive. You should consult the service. Impress customers Service Mind.

The room is just okay, but the worst part is about the bedsheets. They are old, stained, so it looks dirty and unpleasant. The towels are also the worst as they leave a lot of towel residue on your body. They are low quality. My experience there is not that good.

Good hotel - clean, helpful staff. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Big toilet. Shower had good pressure. Location needs transport to city centre Club next door is noisy till late, but a good hangout place if you enjoy nightlife. Not so good if light or early sleeper I enjoyed my stay and found it satisfying

Room was fine, but not clean, the water pressure was low. Don't leave any food in the rooms or it will be eaten by ants. Staff was lovely.

Good place to stay in Vientiane. Super recommended.

It an old hotel, but it's totally good enough for me. The room has a private bathroom (good water pressure and hot shower), air-conditioning, towel and WiFi. Good location.
