Villa in Victoria

Love this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is specious with fully equipped facility and nice view of London. Got a super delicious soft cookie at arrival. Saintbury's supermarket is just around the corner. Hotel location is in the heart of the city, very convenient to connect with many attractions and tube at Victoria Station.

we arrived in the morning n can't check in yet but they let us leave our stuff so we can go around London without carrying our luggage n when check out time, we have to wait 6 hours for our next trip n again they let us to leave our stuff n pick up later, the hotel next to station so really easy to travel to which is good n hotel staff super helpful n friendly

Worst hotel ever stayed among hundreds of hotels in almost 50 countries. Main reason we booked this hotel just because of strategic location. The floor was full of dirt. Tape water not functioning. Old blankets. Annoying staff. Hotel room is like a store room. Me and my husband argued with one of the staffs because he charged us extra but did not gave us extra bed. I booked for 3 persons (although 4 of us) because my youngest son still sleeping with me. That staff insisted to charge for 4 persons (we totally understood) but the room only accommodate 3 persons.

Great location. Good service. Every thing that we need completely inside.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, just walk no more than ten minutes from Victoria Station, modern building, clean, spacious, the place to eat is amazing. I will come back here again.
