The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent. We had a very satisfying stay, and we will definitely be back.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Security assisted with parking and vehicle entry and exit. The room was very cozy with two floors. It was well worth it for the two large beds. There was a special swimming pool for children. When we arrived, there was live music from the cafe in front, which added to the cozy atmosphere. We got room 119 in the corner, so we could eat camping-style in front of our room. Oh yes, there was free Netflix. Overall, a pleasant stay here with the family.

Last night felt like a complete oversight, as it was so comfortable. I'll definitely be back 💖

The hotel is comfortable, there are many good photo spots, it is really suitable for refreshing the family because there are rice fields, swimming pools, playgrounds, and a beautiful environment. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. I will go back there because it is recommended.

Best staycation! Love this area and hotel. We stayed in 2 villas, Papandayan and Pangrango, they are connected wall to wall, nice to stay with friends, also near restoran, one level down from reception. Villas Ijen and Lawu are connected the same way and located on the first level with reception. Our villas were truly amazing! Hot spring pools are really hot and give you max relaxation. Trackings start right from the hotel and are fantastic, roads up and down with spectacular views on hills, rice fields, incredible waterfalls just in a walk steps, food is delicious everywhere. Just one night and we were fully recharged! Highly recommend.

Sorry for the late review. The first time I visited, the place was truly peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of traffic. It was really comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. I'll be back with friends next time!
