The atmosphere around the hotel is very calm and comfortable, surrounded by rice fields and behind the villa there is a river which can be seen directly from the villa. Will definitely book again if there is a holiday/family event in Jogja.

Everything is impressive! Bu Lucia, Mas Theo, Bapak Tumpal are very warm and nice! It is perfect for family, especially with kids, because there is a fish pond and beautiful garden and farm which can be explored. Kids are very happy! So do I! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Although the location is secluded, it is easy to get there because there's enough sign. Nestled next to rice paddy and a river with cool air and atmosphere, the villa is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The price is super reasonable, the food at the restaurant is also good and worth the price. The proprietor is a nice, friendly young lady who is very willing to help us. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

The villa's traditional design and serene location provide a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The owners are incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially loved the delicious home-cooked meals and the refreshing pool. A truly memorable stay!

The staff is very friendly. The location is great, near to Ullen Sentalu Museum. The room is also very clean with complete amenities.
