Villa in Pasteur

First time trying to stay here, highly recommended, the staff are very friendly, every day the room is cleaned/tidied without being asked, the breakfast menu is all delicious, the location is very close to the Pasteur toll gate, to Lembang or the city center is also quite close

I initially booked a room here because it was close to a family event. But after checking in, I found it to be very comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. It's a good hotel for families.

During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.
