Villa in Sentul

AC was hot, room with no balcony. This situation was very uncomfortable for staying and sleeping in the room. Restaurant was closed during raining night. coffee shop has no enough varities food for the guests. During breakfast, queue was long enough to wait for tempe mendoan and roti unyil was very limited. Breakfast menu only : fried noodle, fried rice, pecel (indonesia traditional salad), salad , bread, soto only kuah and sohun, lontong sayur only kuah, ayam gulai, kerupuk and bubur kacang hijau, and coffee , tea and sirup. Hotel wall was dirty.

Just okay. The room is comfortable. The service is okay. The food is great. Suitable for a business stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Long weekend and hotel full booked but the staff very helpful.

A lot of trees, calming but the sound of water pool could be less sound at night. The restaurant/cafe selection of menu could be vary each day, spend 3 day breakfast almost nothing change in the menu, less salty (healthy menu?) and found some dumpling or fried fritter cooked well outside but filling still fridge cold. Oh candy (and ice cream corner) available on weekend but vanish on weekdays, kiddos wandering where have it gone.

Swimming pool is dirty and sheet on the bed as well. On the other hand access to the venue just had been not supported by a proper road.

Ac mati, kamar jorok, gak ada sabun dan shampoo, karyawan kurang baik ke nasabah.
