The staff is friendly and helpful. Yesterday, I was upgraded to a deluxe premier room with the best view. I was very satisfied with the hospitality. They also gave me a late check-out.

The staff is very friendly, incidentally we stayed 6 nights. Every day the room is tidied up, the tissue is refilled, the dirty cup is replaced, the towels are changed every day, there is bottled water given every day. Good facilities. There is hot water in the bathroom. Outside the room there is a seat that is really cute. There is coffee tea provided also with dispensers. Can borrow umbrellas and prayer mats too. Around the hotel there is a 24-hour reception and BNI ATM and close to cheap-food stalls

The room is clean, all facilities are functioning well, starting from the AC, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, stable hot water tap and fast check-in service.

The location is strategically located for access to various busy areas in Purwokerto. Ample parking, good quality and clean rooms, and a varied and delicious breakfast menu.

As soon as you enter the hotel, the staff is friendly. The hotel is clean, smells good, and the rooms are spacious. There's a sofa for relaxing and chatting, and there's a table for dining. Overall, I recommend staying here if you're in Purwokerto. It's close to popular culinary spots.

The room was clean, the toilet was nice, and it smelled great. The view of Mount Slamet was breathtaking when you opened the window. The service was very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever visit Batu Raden again. The price was also pocket-friendly.
