While the price is expensive, the facility was very poor.

No staff, No shampoo, No Soap, No Towel, No Blanket. That was very bad Hotel.

The rooms are not clean and the wooden furniture is peeling off. I found a small cockroach in the bed and a big cockroach in the bathroom.

To start this is by far the place we've been in Sumbawa. The check-in people was so unfriendly and there's an older lady that always there with unfriendly face. Ok I can live with that, the worst part? The room has no exhaust or sort so we are feels suffocating in the room, bathroom was too small and dirty with shower that runs like a dog piss. The towels they're provide somewhat dirtiest than my floor mat

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The comfortable room, friendly service, and complete facilities made us feel at home. We were very impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. They were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. This hotel was the right choice for our vacation as well as to celebrate our wedding day.
