bad experience. bathroom not clean. sorrounding not nice. but staff helpfull

The parking lot is not friendly. The up and down directions are very narrow. There are already many car marks that have grazed the parking wall.

Again the problem is no canopy from the parking area to the reception hall. Thus if raining, either guest wait until the rain stop or run to the reception hall half wet 🤭 So how about unloading guest goods from the car during rain ? There is a semi basement area but for only two cars up to four cars, but which car in the front to go out, then the hind car shall move out first. The is no "running" canopy to accomodate quest receiving during rain.

I asked for the non-smoking rooms, but one of my rooms smelled like someone had just smoked in it. I complained and the receptionist gave me another room, but it was still smelling like cigarette. I complained again, then the receptionist gave me another upgraded room. Thank you for all the staffs, I had a good experience in this hotel.

Nice stay! Regular place to stay in Semarang.
