I've generally had a positive impression of Ibis hotels—reliable, consistent, and offering decent service for the price. However, my recent stay at Ibis Milano Centro completely changed that perception. Perhaps it's due to my lack of knowledge about hotels in Milan, but I was surprised to find no refrigerator in the room. No bottled drinking water provided, and the hotel doesn't even have vending machines or any way to buy water on-site, which is quite inconvenient. When I evaluate a hotel, I usually consider the cost-performance ratio (C/P)—of course, one cannot expect a €100 room to deliver €1000-level service. But even considering that, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, as I feel the value simply isn't there.
