Villa in Davao

Parking lot problem, LACKING parking lot space.

Great location as it 's just in the downtown area.

The place is good and highly accessible. Though, for its price, just add a little amount and you'll get better accommodations from other hotels around.

Staff are very polite & helpful. Its a beautiful hotel at the heart of Davao. It ' s an almost perfect experience except that their electrical outlets are still 2 pins plug. Hopefully the management will incorporate a 3 pin plug in the future to satisfy the needs for international guests.

We stay at the hotel several times a year. The pool seems finished renovation, very nice look. The breakfast is good as before, but no mushrooms this time. Location is in the city centre, closed the people ' s park, convenient for tourists. Room air-conditioning seems better than before. Staff is very friendly. The only problem is the s hower, almost no hot water coming out. Will stay there next month.

I was there for only 1 night, it ' s clean and good location in downtown, also staff is great, asses well with guest. I love this place affordable and I might come here in future salamat.

My request for 1 double was not responded to. The staff said they cannot view requests in their system. Really? I understand that all available rooms are two beds (no possibility for upgrades) but it would have been better that I was informed beforehand so expectations can be managed. There is no elevator and no one to assist you in carrying a heavy luggage up and down the stairs. There is no heater do you have to survive bathing in cold water. The water pipes are very, very visible in my room ' s ceiling. There is no TV, too. I booked for 3 days and checked out after the first night even if I have already paid in advance because staying there is just not worth it.

Some of the staff were not that knowledgable of what their doing. We were given a different room when we arrived and they were fullybooked that time. Got a bit disappointed but we were transfered the next day. Nevertheless, some staff were very accommodating. Toilets need improvements specially the shower area.
