Villa in Kamala

Can't watch tv because of weak wifi. I try to book shuttle bus to the beach 1 hour before hands and they told me I'm to late because I have to tell them 2 hour before shutting bus schedule....

Very helpful staff her name is Maria at the front staff and one of them is khun gift sale and marketing we was talking long time about our wedding at there on 23 March 2024. Gift she is very helpful because sometimes my husband very confused all the time. But we was disappointed for wifi keep on -off all the times lucky I used 5 G and have to link to my husband, we were stayed in room 312 one night and 202 one night. But hotel room quiet a lot of mosquitoes in room. Almost we will recommend to our friends to stay there.

The magnificent facility outweighs the staff shortage and the poor breakfast buffet and cleanliness, I’d recommend increasing the staff and mind the buffet quality.

The room and the stuff were great. And the breakfast is halal. But it's a little bit far from other places.

The view is the best 👍. The room is average for 5 star. The staff is basically nice, but they communicate with walkie talkie and the problem is they don't use any headset so it 's so loud. They even make loud noise at 5 am with the walkie talkie.
