The hotel is clean, beautiful, easy to move around

When checking out, I forgot my wallet, vehicle registration and money at the hotel, the staff returned them all to me. When checking in, my family went with a large group and had a small child, the staff were very enthusiastic in welcoming and helping us. Thank you for your enthusiastic service.

The room was very spacious and clean beyond imagination. Fully furnished except iron. The hotel has laundry services. The receptionist was very cheerful and polite.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. Location near the beach, near the square, near the night market so very convenient for walking around at night.

My family has stayed here since December 14, 2024. I am very satisfied and like it. The hotel is clean. The receptionist is kind and very friendly. The view is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you. If I have the opportunity to go to NT again, I will still choose Melisa hotel to stay again.

The room is a mini apartment with 1 bedroom (there is also television in the bedroom), fully equipped (with enough bowls, chopsticks, pots, cutting boards, knives ...), quite clean, although the interior is not very new. Super nice sea view room, very central. From the window one can see Tram Huong Tower, the cable car and Vinpearl.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The rooms were nice, close to the beach, and convenient for getting around. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied. I will definitely come back next time.

More than wonderful. The receptionist and the security guard on duty on October 19 supported my family very well, because we had a small child and had to check in quite late. The rooms were clean, quite spacious and comfortable for a beach trip in Nha Trang. This will be the place for my family to stay on the next trips 😊😊
