Reservation via WhatsApp was really easy. Staff are fluent in English. However, do note that vouchers are not allowed to be used at Nagoya outlet during the weekends. They can only be used at the batam center outlet. Luckily the staff allowed us to redeem our Nagoya voucher at batam center outlet, so I don’t have to cancel and repurchase the voucher. Great massage & service.
