The customer service team from Simplify to Traveloka did not respond because they did not see the QR eSIM while at the airport they needed the network to be on time for the trip to meet a partner.

Easy to use, very affordable quota and day prices, safe signal (bangkok-pattaya area). The only drawback is the e-sim email delivery which is a bit slow if purchased outside of working hours. So it's best to buy a day before leaving

Buying process was easy, and when I arrived at the airport in Japan, I just turned on Wi-Fi to activate and redeem the voucher from the email from app. That's it. The eSIM signal bar was full, and I could also make my phone become a Wi-Fi hotspot portable for my iPad.

Need to activate it while you have internet/4G connection in advance, example while you are in Vietnam as next day you will be in Thailand.
