Suggest Traveloka update tour status even on holidays, avoid like me today. Booked tickets with departure point at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square but in fact due to holiday schedule, the departure point is at the Opera House. And when going to the walking street, these two points are far apart, traveling takes a lot of time. So I feel dissatisfied with this point.

Quite an interesting experience, because I rarely get to see Hanoi from a different angle like that.
5 stars for the support staff. On September 2nd, I bought a 4-hour ticket, but because it was a holiday, there was only one-way ticket. The staff refunded me the difference, and did not even take the change.

coupon exchange is very easy, bus routes are clear, there are headphones with several languages (except Indonesian 😂), close if you want to find cheap souvenirs, stop near the lake and walk along the lake towards the main road. Lots of cheap souvenirs here! just take the 90 minute one. It's better to sit on the lower bus because Vietnam is very hot at the end of August. 👍👍
