+ Advantages: Tour staff and cyclo drivers are enthusiastic and cheerful. The driver arrives quickly, is attentive, and drives safely. The car is beautifully decorated, gorgeous, and comfortable to sit in ❤️. Paying via the app also gets a discount 👍
+ Disadvantages: Customers do not know the trip itinerary & cannot choose their own trip itinerary. Customers must go directly to the company in Lo Su to start the trip even though the itinerary passes by my hotel and it was raining that day, but I still had to go all the way to the company to start 😢
