The restaurant is open 7 days a week closing slightly earlier at 8pm on a Sunday. Randall & Aubin was established as a butcher’s shop in 1911 selling only the best produce, very quickly becoming one of the finest butchers in town. For the past 20 years, the celebrated and much loved restaurant Randall & Aubin continues in that same tradition of excellence serving the freshest seafood, mouthwatering and succulent rotisserie meats with premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers where possible. The co-founders, renowned Chef Ed Baines and businessman Jamie Poulton, after an international search felt Manchester was without doubt, the perfect place for their new home.
