Ninh Binh Province

With spectacular nature and cultivated culture, Ninh Binh doesn't need much in the way of introduction. It is home to Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest complex of Buddhist temples in Vietnam; Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; and Hoa Lu, an ancient capital city of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries. Not to mention that the landscape of Ninh Binh is dotted with scenic caves, limestone outcrops, and serene rice paddies so picturesque that the province was one of the shooting locations of the 2017 Hollywood blockbuster "Kong: Skull Island."
