About Fixed Date Vouchers
For fixed date vouchers, the validity of the voucher is only for 1 day, which falls on your selected visit date. If you do not redeem or use your voucher on the selected visit date, the voucher will expire and cannot be used on another date anymore.
To find out if the voucher is a fixed date voucher, follow these steps:
1. In the voucher selection list, you can see the validity period under the voucher name. If the validity period says "Use on selected visit date"’, it means your voucher is a fixed date voucher.In the example below, the voucher can only be used on your selected visit date in the next page.
2. After you select the voucher and the visit date you want in the next page, you can now see the validity of your voucher.In the example below, if you select a visit date for 14 January 2021, you can use your voucher only on that same date.
