How to Upload Valid Documents for Refund/Reschedule Appeal

To process your appeal at Traveloka, we need specific documents based on your chosen reason. Following the guidelines ensures your request gets a higher chance of success.

 

  • Use official documents: when taking photos, use physical documents and not digital screens.
  • Screenshot quality: for emails, letter, articles, or online sources, make sure they come from a credible and official source.
  • Ensure document is clear: all text is readable and all four corners are visible.
  • Check the requirements: each document has specific rules, make sure your document adhere to these rules.
  • In JPG, PNG, or PDF formats, max file size 10MB per-file.

Please note that document requirements may vary depending on the hotel's policy and local regulations. The guidelines below are a general reference, so always provide official proof that clearly supports your reason.

Business / Work related

Business trip letter

  • Your full name
  • Company letterhead
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Authorized signature
Incorrect booking, and
Family or personal emergencies

Hotel’s approval

  • Hotel’s name as approver
  • Hotel staff name & position
  • Clear approval statement
