To process your appeal at Traveloka, we need specific documents based on your chosen reason. Following the guidelines ensures your request gets a higher chance of success.
- Use official documents: when taking photos, use physical documents and not digital screens.
- Screenshot quality: for emails, letter, articles, or online sources, make sure they come from a credible and official source.
- Ensure document is clear: all text is readable and all four corners are visible.
- Check the requirements: each document has specific rules, make sure your document adhere to these rules.
- In JPG, PNG, or PDF formats, max file size 10MB per-file.
