Hôtel RALF

The room is on the fourth floor of a new building at the hotel RALF, offering a lovely view of the bay of Algiers. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shops and historic landmarks are just a short walk away.

Hotel bonito, limpio, camas confortables, personal amable. Lo malo es que en el restaurante todos los dias hay buffet y no platis a la carta y no hay restaurantes cercanos para acudir.

Great hotel! The location is excellent very central, so it is easy to visit many areas. The view on the Bay of Algiers is beautiful. The hotel is modern comfortable and very clean. The staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We are also very grateful because when one of us got injured, the staff looked after him with much care and provided thorough kind assistance. We will come back.

Modern hotel, very clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good buffet breakfast. We stayed 3 times during our visit to Algeria and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property with amazing views. Breakfast buffet was amazingly stocked and the staff was always pleasant even though my French was deplorable and my Arabic non existent.

ENGLISH BELOW Le petit-déjeuner est bon, même si la variété reste limitée chaque jour. Le personnel du restaurant est correct et l’équipe chargée des chambres est très gentille et serviable. La localisation est pratique. En revanche, la réception a complètement gâché notre expérience : – Lors du check-out, la réceptionniste Siahi Sophia a exigé une taxe de séjour de 500 DZ par personne et par jour, alors que tous les sites de réservation (Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking…) indiquent clairement 200 DZ. – Quand je lui ai montré la preuve, elle a carrément crié sur moi, m’a coupé la parole à de nombreuses reprises, m’a envoyée promener et a même presque refusé de donner son nom pour que je puisse me plaindre. – Elle n’a présenté aucune preuve écrite de ce tarif « officiel » et n’a même pas eu la politesse de souhaiter une bonne journée. – J’ai dû menacer d’appeler la police pour qu’elle applique finalement le tarif correct — tout en insinuant qu’il s’agissait d’une « exception ». De plus : – À l’arrivée, un autre réceptionniste a d’abord affirmé, à tort, que nous avions réservé un deux lits simples. – Le site de l’hôtel annonce un rooftop avec musique et un gym, tous deux en construction et donc inaccessibles. Cette scène, d’une agressivité et d’un manque de professionnalisme inacceptables, a complètement terni notre séjour. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel et ne le recommanderai à personne tant que de tels comportements seront tolérés. Good stay overall, but

Business trip. Excellent location.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Ralf. The hotel is new (less than a year) with a modern design and the feel of a boutique hotel. The room was of a good size and very clean. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection of viennoiseries, sweets, fruits, along with all the usual hotel offerings. However, the buffet is a bit pricey. The staff was highly professional and helpful. The terrasse on the roof top was closed for maintenance so it was not possible to enjoy the city views. Great location within walking distance to the Metro and some city’s attractions but be ready to climb all the stairs from the Mohamed V Bd. There are convenience shops nearby, like a pharmacy, a grocery store, a sandwich shop which is very practical. The hotel is more geared toward a business clientele. I hope the management and staff will keep it in this excellent condition.

The hotel is new and modern with fair pricing. It is centrally located and a terrific value. The breakfast was great. I recommend the hotel.

very good and safe

The staff were nice and the breakfast is great. However, we were disappointed that the room was dark, had lots of burnt out lightbulbs, the air conditioning cooling was not working, the rooftop bar was under renovation and there was no gym (even though their website saidnthey had one.

Hotel 4 étoiles en apparence seulement. Le 1er jour nous confions du linge à la laverie de l'hotel, 3 de nos vêtements sont redistribués à 3 clients différents et nous recevons 3 tshirts par erreur qui nous sont facturés. Nous informons la réception qui se charge de régler le pb. Ils nous assurent qu'ils retrouveront les vêtements. Finalement un gilet est retrouvé chez une cliente mais celle ci a quitté l'hotel, et un maillot de foot demeure introuvable. Le responsable nous promet un remboursement à hauteur de la valeur du maillot (100€), puis se rétracte. Le même responsable nous dit je cite: " il ne fallait pas nous confier vos vêtements si ils avaient de la valeur ". Bref une gestion catastrophique. Côté ménage le sol de la chambre est poussiéreux

Decent hotel in the city center.

Great breakfast with a wide range of offerings (including strawberries in season), lovely and generally helpful staff. I requested a quiet room but the traffic noise was unfortunately considerable despite the room being on the 6th floor; I had to sleep with ear plugs. The newly-built hotel was poorly-ventilated in general and there was no air-conditioning in the room.

Otel temiz yeni, tam merkezde diyebiliriz. Tren metroya 15 dk yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Odada su çay vardı.
