Hammock Cove Antigua - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Hammock Cove is an excellent property to vacation and relax. The ambassadors make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the stay. From arriving to checking out, everything was very pleasant. The waterfront villa's are an excellent choice with prime views of the ocean. The food was always great and staff is very accomadating. WIl definitely be visiting again!

I can’t say it enough. This place is incredible. The service that is offered here is the 10 out of 10. We stayed here for 11 days and again, the best I’ve ever had. The employees actually enjoy working here. When you need something you have it. I wish more resorts were like this one and I hope the level of service never changes here. We met the chef who is in charge of all the restaurants and he’s awesome and really cares about what he is doing. He came out and talked to us about our thoughts when we were laying out by the pool and we only had posative things to say. The only thing I’d change about this place is the bugs. We did have 1 cockroach in our room plus a few spiders and centipedes running around buuut it kind of comes along with the territory because our villa sat in the hills overlooking the ocean. We had our own plunge pool and the bar was always stocked. We had a double shower which was amazing. The AC in the room is phenomenal. The lighthouse restaurant was incredible. Even the standard restaurant in the hotel was amazing. I almost didn’t want to put a review because I don’t want people finding out about this place. It’s quiet with only adults. I already miss it. It’s going to be so hard for us not to come back here as we like to try different places. I highly recommend getting a private boat to barbuda and doing that tour. 5 stars for hammock cove. WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you for making our stay better than what we could have ever asked for.

I love everything about this resort, the food, the ambiance ,the people . Light house food was amazing . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ( Erick the bartender, Marco the chef , Kenya and Leon the Ambassadors) the all make sure we were taking care I would return to this resort with my eyes closed 10 out of 10

Property is beautiful and staff are super friendly. The dinner experiences at the Lighthouse was also top notch with impeccable service. Rooms are awesome with the plunge pool and lounge area and fully stocked bar - we rarely left the room as we had all we needed!

Had it not been for the fine dining lighthouse restaurant, Chef Marco, and Troy, this trip would have been a disaster. The daytime food and staff are 2 1/2 stars. I do not recommend as it is not a five star hotel as advertised. Do not waste your money. It’s very isolated and it takes about $100 to get anywhere via cab. The front desk, Samantha is very rude and condescending. Most people are very unhelpful and really don’t understand the concept of customer service. The ambassadors are not well trained, and really do nothing for you so you’re on your own. Again, the food at the lighthouse is exceptional, but the rest of it is not worth it. Go somewhere else and definitely book the extreme adventure. That was the highlight of our trip. For a country that survives on customer service, I would never return because they really need training from other countries like Mexico who have it down pat! Thousand dollars a day, I should have received a much better level of service and so should you.

Where do I begin! Our stay at Hammock Cove was delightful from beginning to end. Upon arrival we had a warm greeting from our Ambassador, Kenya and the bartender made sure to make us special drinks with her own personal twist and they were delicious. The property grounds were clean and maintained throughout. From previous reviews I was concerned with the proximity of everything on the property but everything was in walking distance from our Villa. We dined at The Light House two out of three nights (food review up next) and it was right outside our Villa which was great! Our villa was very clean and spacious and the view was amazing. We opted for the water view and it did not disappoint. The only thing missing was the advertised Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom and bathrobes but we did not miss either as we travel with a small speaker. And who needs the robe in paradise ☺️. Dining was by bar the highlight of our trip. My husband has a lot of restrictions with food so I was a bit worried about how he’d enjoy this surprise anniversary trip. The culinary team exceeded my expectations and made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted or needed our entire stay. If it wasn’t on the menu, they made it happen. If it came one way on the menu they tailored it to our needs….just superb service and everything…..EVERYTHING was delicious. I’m a chef and I was presently surprised that my husband had not one complaint. Job well done and special shout out to Chef Alex and Troy.

Stayed at Hammock Cove with my husband as newlyweds for our honeymoon! Absolutely beautiful resort, amazing food, very clean. Staff were all very friendly. Shout out to Julio for bartending service on the beach and Priscilla for being an outstanding waitress. Room service was quick and concierge always made sure we had bottled water, beer, and a variety of drinks in our room. This resort was perfect as a honeymoon destination. Very peaceful, calm, and relaxing. Although, if you are looking for a more entertaining and upbeat resort, I would look elsewhere. Cannot thank the Hammock Cove staff enough for the PERFECT honeymoon stay!

We had an amazing time. The property is very intimate with only 42 villas. The staff is so attentive to you and really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The water is beautiful! We definitely would return to this resort.

This place was just what we needed. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will be back.

Fantastic all inclusive property. Quiet and relaxing environment. Food was the highlight of this resort. Not all staff were friendly but majority were. We will be back!

Hammock Cove is a top notch resort. Service was exceptional. The food was amazing. The bartenders are skilled and so friendly. Views are spectacular. The vibe is perfect for a luxury all inclusive retreat! The daily special events like a steel drum band or seafood lunch were wonderful. We will definitely return.

It was an amazing time for relaxation with my wife and we look forward to returning for our next anniversary.

We had a swell time during our stay here. The resort was beautiful, food was too good to be true - well curated by the head chef, the villa and services were top notch and most importantly the beautiful people at the resort made it feel like home and showered us with love along the way. Can’t appreciate Leon, Desa, Troy, Gabriel, Priscilla, Ilara, Aaliyah, Kenya, Erick, just to mention a few. Will definitely visit again and reconnect with the beautiful people there. We had a marvelous time at this property. It was so peaceful, inviting & quiet. We enjoyed all the amenities. Very lovely stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

We simply cannot rave about this place enough. While the cost is rather high compared to other, more budget-friendly adults-only all-inclusive resorts, we can certainly attest that the customer service, hospitality, quality, drink choices and food are beyond compare. From the moment you set foot on the property you can tell that the staff are on top of their game. Your information/accommodations are all prepped at the check-in time specified. There is no waiting in a lobby to check in at reception. Instead, you are escorted to the main lobby bar where the bartender asks your preference and makes a cocktail to your liking while your bags are whisked away to your villa. Your ambassador then meets you for a golf cart tour of the property before showing you to your villa. From there, anything you need is readily available or within an ambassador call away via your personal, resort-provided mobile phone. Need a different liquor or beer selection for your villa or food delivered? Simply call your ambassador. NEVER MISS OUT on a dinner at the Light House restaurant, the resort's own fine-dining locale. Each night features a different menu, and you will never leave hungry or disappointed. And the staff are absolutely outstanding! Everyone from the first bartender we met (Nigel) to the Calypso Cat crew serving food/drinks at the beach/pool, to Andre and Gabby at the lobby and rum bars, to Ilania (wine sommelier) to Marco (the chef)...too many to name/count. BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!
