Gran Hotel Argentino

Habitaciones con techos con humedad telas de arañas, sábanas, mantas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas, la infraestructura del hotel, 1 ascensor malogrado, tuve que pagar otro hotel para poder descansar cómodos y tranquilos, tengo los comprobantes, solo un counter, ni sofás para la espera al checkin del hotel, solicito la devolución del dinero, terriblemente malo el hospedaje, porque lo califican como bueno sino es así, gastar dinero por algo que no lo vale. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia con ese hotel. No usamos ni la calefacción porque salían el moho, solicité el cambio de habitación, pero en esos 2 días ni siquiera llamaron a la habitación para hacer el cambio. Viajé con mis padres ( que ya son personas de la tercera edad ) y los hice pasar un mal rato, mi hermano, esposo y menor hija.

The floor was falling apart and the bed had so many waves it gave us a back ache

We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently place and affordable. Photos do not match images so yeah book at your own discretion

Everything was very goid

I was highly satisfied with the exceptional cleanliness of the area. Furthermore, I experienced no issues with the air conditioning, and the staff consistently demonstrated a high level of friendliness and helpfulness.

Central location. We got a suite with 2 bathrooms, and bathroom and room were nice. Good price during the weekday.

This is a huge complain about my stay ,Upon arrival, the room was not ready, and the alternative provided was unacceptable. Specifically, the room lacked basic amenities (toilet paper) and was unsanitary, with hair found in the shower. This is a significant departure from the advertised quality of your establishment.

Location, location, location! This budget hotel offers the perfect location to explore the city of Buenos Aires. We walked everywhere. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel. Breakfast is nice and the staff helpful.

Breakfast foods is neither tasty nor fresh. The bathroom is too tight. It doesn't suit the categories of a hotel. more like a motel. Mainly too old.
