Good location and recommended spot in the city. Surrounded by water is a beautiful location to stay. The room was a very nice surprise: is huge!! It was a perfect stop over in the road trip!

We had to wait because no one was at the front desk to check in. We wanted dinner and the waiter told us that , as it was may 1 , they only had to options to chose from. the property is run down

They tried to make a nice hotel, but no. These people have clearly no real hotel experience, but that from small regional by-the-hour motels. Huge room, half empty, noisy ugly ref.. which had only 2 bottles of water that were not refilled after I had them, small TV. Roomy closet that was 100% open (why?) and had only 5 hangers. One night lamp made false contact when you sit on the bed. Nice huge bed. Good. Black-out was defective and only opened 50%. Bathroom amenities were creepy products (cheap motel-like). Internet was simply disastrous, at least 5 different SSIDs and you have to input the password in everyone. And it kept failing. Low speed. Breakfast bad. Parking only semi-close paying extra 6usd/day. No closed one. Elevator made lots of noises and vibrations are and was sooo slow. Old machine with a renewed steel box. Who are you fooling? Staff was not very well trained... at all. Checking out they charged me 30% more than my reservation fare. Mistake. I had to prove them wrong and they corrected it, but took me 20 min. me fue mal pero ya varias veces que voy y internet funcional mal, tenia una reunion importante y nuevamente no tenia internet es decir funcionaba de a ratos mismo problema que las visitas anteriores,

Quarto grande, limpo, a cama era enorme, roupas de cama lumpas e otima qualidade. Para nós a localização foi excelente. O nascer do aol do nosso quarto foi um espetáculo, e do reataurante do hotel é possivel ver uma magnífico por do sol. Poderia ter uma poltrona confortável no quarto. Senti falta de ter o café da manhã incluso na reserva. Pois não havia essa possibilidade na hora da reserva.

Hotel de qualidade, bem localizado, estacionamento seguro de frente ao predio, quarto amplo, funcionarios cordiais.

Destacable: amplitud de la habitacion No detacable: las sabanas muy finitas, tenian mancha, las toallas muy deterioradas, en el baño el recipiente de residuos no habia sido higienizado (bolsa con residuos del anterior huesped), La cochera es abierta porque no tiene barrera ni seguridad y desconozco el tema de seguridad en la zona.

Lo bueno: la nueva concesionaria del restaurante. Es mucho mejor que la anterior, felicitaciones. Lo malo: habitación 112! Primer piso a la calle y frente al ascensor, más ruidoso imposible. Agendarse evitar está ubicación. Además, los jabones de amenitie imposibles de abrir sin una tijera, son ampliamente mejorables.
