Good location, helpful reception staff, but poor housekeeping. The only job they did daily for us was make the bed. No replenishment of tea/coffee, dirty cups not washed/replaced, vanity not cleaned

Nice staff but the hotel is not great. Lounge is a very uncomfortable folding futon from the 1990's. The kitchen bench looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag. 2 remotes to try and work the tv. Bed was ok though. Location is very central.

The staff were really friendly and the room was nice and clean. But, while I stayed for three nights, I did not get my room cleaned once. Even when I asked for new towels in the morning, they were not delivered when I came back in the afternoon. They said the computer system to manage cleaning was not working, but... In addition, some extremely noisy club music was on until 2:30am every night and it was very disturbing. So, ask for a room on the quiet side (if there is any).

I had to cancel my booking with hotel at last minute because my flight into Darwin was cancelled due to bad weather, but wasn’t allow a cancellation refund from hotel for my booked overnight stay. Disappointing when the situation was out of my control.

The dirtiest hotel I have EVER stayed in and no response from management. Cockroach infested, filthy and absolutely no excuse for such a revolting standard of cleanliness. Nothing extra is done historically to do anything to clean other than make the bed, clean the bathroom… no response from management in my 3 night stay and had no choice but to stay as everything was booked out… No wonder tourism is dropping in Darwin… this experience would put anyone off.

The staff were really friendly and the room was nice and clean. But, while I stayed for three nights, I did not get my room cleaned once.
