Clean room and reasonable accommodation

Staff were consistently pleasant and polite, check-in had a small hiccup by the hotel about what was included in my rate, but it was sorted, and checkout was seamless. Parking and Wi-Fi were excellent. The room was quiet, but late at night I stepped on a large staple lodged in the carpet and noticed some staining. Otherwise very clean. For early starts, the cafe doesn’t open until 7 am, though they did provide a breakfast box. So overall, convenient stay with great basics and courteous staff.

King suite was modern and spacious 2 TV's and views to the city. Would stay again

The staff are friendly. Secure parking was at a good rate. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Will book again in future.

Lovely rooms, very nice breakfast

Amazing breakfast and clean rooms, responsive staff and kids friendly. Would've been good if we had a microwave and toilet brush. Nevertheless, overall a great stay!

Good central location and walking easy walk to all restaurants and shops

We arrived at checkin time, the only ones… we booked high floor, parking and breakfast. As we checked in - our room was unavailable… so they found us a new room. After having to go back to reception to get our key to work in the elevator we managed to make our way to the replacement room. We opened the doors and walked in on the people who were staying in the replacement room… fortunately for all they weren’t in flagrante.. so we went back to reception. They offered us a lower room which I declined, eventually we got a medium corner room which was nice enough. As compensation for the complete mess around, including trying to charge me extra for parking, we were told we had some drink vouchers in our key pocket - it was one hours drink, for a couple… as compensation for the wrong room, an occupied room and a 30 minute check in! Needless to say this experience was less than ideal. It could easily have soured our whole trip but we are good people and managed to laugh about it. I feel for the people whose room we entered. I appreciate the late shift staff who were awesome. They also neglected to have us on the list for breakfast the next morning but that wasn’t a surprise… hotel - 3 stars, experience 0 stars. (Ps the pub - the park, was absolutely excellent 5 stars). Finally - no double glazing - got woken up by traffic and was super loud.

Nice rooms, great water pressure and easy free parking on the street. Loads of food options in the area plus close to the lovely parklands along the river.

The location of the lift on level 3 needs to be displayed in a much more visible manner. We had to be guided to it by an employee of a business in the building.

All around excellent. Had an extremely noisy neighbour and we accidentally booked an accessible room. The staff was excellent at helping us with these situations. Breakfast was top notch with a view. Room was great. Best shower.

The friendly staff from the reception, bar and the breakfast staff members. They were all very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was huge, clean and comfortable. If I’m ever in Werribee area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
