Good location and near to amenties

The location downtown was safer than I had expected. Having 7/11 and McDonald's within 2 blocks was very convenient. Most bus and train options can be reached within 2 blocks from the hotel as well.

Ideal spot for transport The best fair priced hotels are the IBIS chain. You know what you get, nothing flash but clean and comfortable

I never got to the Ibis Hotel I tried to phone Expedia to re- book my accommodation to next month. Because I live in Kalbarri Western Australia and there was a Cat 4 Cyclone heading straight for us. I couldn’t leave my wife alone so that’s why I tried to phone Expedia to re-book to next mouth but nobody answered the phone on the other end check your records. I am very disappointed with Expedia and their service you don’t seem to care when nature disrupts your hotel accommodation. Regards David Cowey

Room is quite small Not enough places for towels to hang Not enough towels provided for a few days

The stay was good along with the room . The only downsides were the shower leaked all over the floor after using, they don’t give water in the room. And the in room dining is not worth it

Good location and friendly staff but marked down due to poor cleanliness: hair on the shampoo bottle in the shower, a thick film of dust on the side table and alarm on che k in that was still there after servicing the room each day, no replacement if used coffee mugs.

The staff were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. The only criticism I have is the bathroom shower cubicle needs more attention.

Great stay good rooms great location

Room was fine but breakfast was not quite up to usual Ibis standards. Bacon was hard to cut on the lean bits as if overcooked but the fatty bits were barely cooked and the scrambled egg on the second morning was still very runny. A fried egg would have been a welcome option There were no tomatoes that day Butter was served in a dish which got messy with everyone dipping into it so not very hygienic. Coffee cups only half full. Water dispenser it working and no jug or small bottles of water available as an alternative. Would have given 5 stars without these disappointments as hotel very well situated .
