Although an older property (and dated furnishings in the apartment mainly the living room) it was very clean.
Morning sun positioning from balcony was lovely.
Pool was also well looked after.
Location was absolutely the best as across the road from the beach and only a street away from the main shopping area/cafes.

Very old fashioned decor but nice comfortable rooms. Easy access to beach, restuarants and shops all within walking distance. The stand in manager was outstanding, a really lovely lady. One pool is heated which is nice.

The building is quite old, but the renovated room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful — a real highlight of the stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. Just keep in mind that there are no lifts, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs if you’re staying on a higher floor. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few things to consider.

Authenticate 90's holiday apartment complex. Extremely well run. Well located. Sunday markets and caloundra beach were fantastic... Both within very short walking distance.
