Hotels near RMIT University

There is no housekeeping on daily basis. Was told they only do housekeeping on the 3rd day based on my duration of stay. I thought housekeeping is the minimal as we expect to have clean beds and clean toilets after long day outgoing. This is quite a disappointment.

Lost and found process is not good.

Location is very convenient to the free tram stops, shops, and QVM. The hotel and room is clean and comfortable, and is also kids-friendly with their small corner for kids to read and play down at the lobby. Property is secure too and they had assisted us with storage luggage when we arrived early before the check in time. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

apartment room has quite enough space for a couple, clean and neat with everything we need like washing machine and laundry machine. the staffs are nice and have a good sense of humor :))
