Had no Issues with the Room as it was Cleaned when i arrived. Awesome having the many Facilities at the Hotel, Bonus to be able to Walk out on Cavill Ave and have Woolworths right under the North Tower i was in. Such a Good Location

The airconditioning was on maximum and the bedroom was hot as f#@k, we called reception and they sent someone up.
They said this was normal and that we had to wait until the sun went down so that the heat could escape...
You can only cool the living room or bedroom, one side has to be cooking.
The room was dated and not clean.
Go somewhere else.

Check in process was great. No room service was provided for fresh towels etc. we have go on own our own to pick it from the reception. Bath room had mould in it. Air-con in room was not working properly

It was very inconvenient that only ONE lift was working during our stay. The wait time was up to 30 minutes depending on the day.
The toilet in our room was very hard to flush, requiring a lot of power and that if it worked. Our neighbours were so loud, that it felt like someone was demolishing the hotel. As our room was near the trash chute, it was very loud and disturbing and the smell was horrific.

I have stayed at this property before as well. It use to be good and I had good experience there but this time this was not the case. At check in there was Maori lady in her 50's. Who was not at all welcoming, so start of the holiday was not on positive note. Rooms are getting bit old as well. But location of this property is 5 star along with views.
