Nice 3 star hotel that ticked the boxes for us, as the bistro was very good (and reasonably priced) for an evening meal. Cleanliness was very good throughout and very helpful and friendly staff. Great bed too! Three star hotel with 5 star ratings from us.

Room was clean, amenities were very good, and the food was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!

Location & cleanliness parking were good with all basic requirements on hand with comfortable bedding as well.
One problem was the hot water pressure wasn’t good and took a fare while for it to come on and then the temperature was an issue.

Excellent room, nice aircon very clean, and cleaners came in daily to clean our room. They are doing renovations so the noise and the entry to the rooms are on the side of the hotel, if you don’t mind climbing steps then your be fine and once you get into your room you won’t be disappointed
