The location is so perfect, near train station & many cafe/restaurant. The room was so clean and warm. Check in & check out process was so fast, the girl at the front desk very friendly. Definitely will stay there again.

Likes: helpful staff. Next to train station and main bus station. Room is clean. Have to ask at reception to get conditioner and hand lotion. Dislikes: air conditioning was strong on the first day. After that it started to shut down on its own. Was given a table top fan to use in the room instead. Hallway carpet looks old and worn. One of the 2 rooms I booked had more problems. TV can’t turn off. Safe didn’t work. Water flooded the bathroom during shower. Ask for compensation and was given free breakfast for the last morning. Breakfast was ok if it was free but not worth how much they charge if you have to pay.
