Our reception with Melinda and Kevin was the best one on our three week trip through Europe. Kevin helped us with our luggage and they served us welcome drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. Breakfast included ample juice and jams made by Kevin. They also had lift tickets for us and made one of our last night’s stay the best. Thanks, Kevin and Melinda.

A beautiful place to stay, it is close to restaurants, grocery store, walkable to lofer town, beautiful house outside and inside, comfortable with all the amenities. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. The owners ( Melinda and Kevin ) are in every detail, helping you recommending places to visit ,or were to eat..We had a wonderful experience staying there.

Close to the town centre with adequate parking and a room with a balcony and view of the mountains. What makes this property stand out however is the hostess and host who were so helpful and welcoming and gave us information about local events and useful tips which really enhanced our holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Haus Patricia. Conveniently located close to town centre, clean, comfortable beds and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Melinda and Kevin were very welcoming, attentive and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area. It was very evident that they take pride in their establishment and work hard to ensure the best experience for their guests. We would definitely stay at Haus Patricia on our next visit to Lofer.

My husband and I stayed at Haus Patricia for 7 nights in September of this year. Our stay was one of the most memorable we have experienced to date. Kevin and Melinda exceeded our expectations as hosts. They greeted each guest at breakfast every morning and were available to offer advice on activities and things to do and see. Breakfast was superb, with something for everyone and always fresh and appetizing. Our room was spacious, spotless and views of the mountains from our balcony were gorgeous. For that extra "something special", Haus Patricia offers an in-house bar, complete with an array of beverages and snacks at very fair prices. Lofer itself, is a divine, traditional Austrian village surrounded by the most wonderful mountain scenery. Should we return to Lofer one day, we will absolutely return to Haus Patricia. Thank you Kevin and Melinda for your wonderful hospitality

We had a lovely room with a balcony view that was superb, stunning even, of the town and mountains. We spent a good half hour after we arrived on the balcony admiring the flowers and drinking up the views.
When we arrived we were very warmly welcomed, made to feel right at home and sorted with our room in no time. We were also helped with finding a place to eat in town based on our preferences, given a handy map and directions. The welcome could not have been warmer or friendlier.
Breakfast was great with a lovely and varied selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, meats, cheese, fresh baked rolls and much more. Having a boiled egg cooked to how she liked it made my partners day though!
If you are lucky enough to spend a few days here, I cannot recommend them enough; they were outstanding hosts on our trip round Europe.

Friendly staff and very good location in Lofer. We stayed in this hotel summer time. Good hiking routes and amazing gorgers nearby. Nice village and good local restaurants. Excellent view to the mountains from the hotel room and balcony.

Eine Radtour führte uns zur Pension Patricia. Wir wurden liebenswert von den Vermietern Kevin und Melinda empfangen. Für eine Nacht erhielten wir ein Dachzimmer was nett eingerichtet war. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Ein Frühstück bei dem nichts fehlte ließ unseren Tag gut beginnen. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Wir waren zum Skifahren in Lofer wurden sehr herzlich empfangen sehr diskret und vollumpfänglich betreut.
Kurze Wege zum Stadtzentrum, zu mehreren Gaststätten zum Lift. Parkplatz am Haus.
So stellt man sich seinen Skiurlaub vor.
