Vienna Marriott Hotel

The service was great, and the location is perfect to explore the city.

Upon arriving we were well greeted by staff and offered water or sparkling wine after our long flight from Seattle. All of the staff spoke English which was very pleasant. Enjoyed wonderful room service that arrived promptly after our order was placed. Excellent service at the restaurant. We enjoyed our visit at thw Vienna Marriott and wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a fine stay - great location; the physical property is very nice, serviceable. I think I caught a weekend when the price was elevated (marathon). So the expense (~$500 euro / night) made it an unfavorable relative to the room quality

Clean room comfortable beds

Excelente ubicación, se puede caminar a la todos los puntos de interés en el centro, en frente esta la parada del tranvia, y a 10min la estación de metro y tren hacia el aeropuerto. Buen desayuno, en el primer piso hay varias opciones como un cafe para comer algo light y en las noches un bar.

We had a really wonderful stay at the ViennaMarriott. The room was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and informed. They booked a musical performance at Saint Paul’s that was excellent. The location of the hotel was also a great plus where many key sites were within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect from start to finish!

Good hotel with a good location. The lobby is lovely during Christmas. Rooms are pretty standard and the food was just ok.

The breakfast was suppose to be served till 10:30 they accepted guest till 10:30 am but from 10:00 am they didn’t refill the plates for those people that comes to breakfast late. Room cleaning service was not satisfying for a 5 star hotel. I had to ask them almost everyday to come and re clean the room.

It’s excellent!

Not a good service staff…. My check out took cor ever and the bell boy never arrived to help me with the luggage.

Locate in beautiful place near one of the parks, near the central and quiet place

The room was ok! The first room I was given had an interior courtyard view- I requested a chance to exterior room-and moved to a two bedded room! Housekeeping was inconsistent - did not replace coffee pods, stirrers etc did not clean saucers - in one of our rooms left a peanut on a bedside table - we had not eaten peanuts during our stay - showed up to clean at 4:00 pm when we had returned from a whole day out?? Registration staff gave us no information about amenities, happy hour, events etc. Concierge was helpful and bellman too ! Very disappointing overall- especially for a 7 day stay!
