I had an amazing extended stay at B&B Mons Centre. The management, led by Manuela, and her staff were outstanding. From the smooth check-in to the immaculate room, everything was perfect. The hotel staff were always available, addressing any needs with professionalism and a personal touch. Their exceptional service made me feel right at home. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. I highly recommend B&B Mons Centre and will definitely return on my next visit.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. However, the wifi could be improved as it was extremely slow. Looking forward to air conditioning in the rooms.

I'm vacating my apartment in mons so have been staying at a number of local hotels. Stayed in room 113 for a week. My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an excellent stay, free coffee downstairs 24/7 and a room with a bath. We didn't bother with breakfast as plenty of shops/cafes in Mons. Very comfortable bed, i slept very well. Would recommend the B&B centre mons (ex lido). There is a launderette just up the street, open 24/7, tokens on sale for machines inside

Returned for a second stay and reception is still a shambles. One poor girl dealing (very well in trying circumstances) with a long queue all on her own. She was super but really, must have more staff on front desk at peak arrival time.
What is unforgivable is that the internet connection still did not work to allow payments as I reported three weeks ago.
Hard to recommend when such an important aspect seems of no interest to the management.
If that issue was resolved I would evaluate this hotel and town as certainly worth a visit.

I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Breakfast buffet was very nice with hot and cold choices. We were close to the city center with plenty of restaurants and sights to visit.

Acceptable hotel for one night stay. Whilst the room was dated in terms of decor, no automatic heating system (needed to turn on radiator and no AC) and no plug sockets near the bed), room was clean, very spacious, bed was comfy. Breakfast was average, nothing fancy, basic continental options. Poor veggie vegan options however.
