Check in was friendly and helpful. Our room on lower floor was a little noisy, so would suggest requesting an upper level. Small issue. Room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable. Close to all sites, shops and restaurants. Really good.

The bed and pull out bed was extremely comfortable. Great linens/duvets as well. AC was useful on the day we were there. Having access to the luggage room when we had to leave our luggage a little longer was a wonderful convenience for us. Excellent service!

I highly recommend this hotel!! We stayed in for 13 nights and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was varied but expensive. We had a problem at one of the rooms we booked and the reception took care of it quickly and smoothly. Parking is also really expensive. A bit of a walk to Mechelen station but the hotel is surrounded by many shopping stores and restaurants. Highly recommended and would stay again in the future!
